We are happy to help you with your insurance claim by billing the insurance carrier directly and by assisting you in filling out required paperwork. We accept payment from Medicare, Medicaid, and most commercial insurance and contracted managed-care companies with the proper authorization.
An itemized statement will be sent to you upon request. A final bill will be sent to you after all your insurance payments have been made. A payment plan will need to be set up within 30 days of receiving your first statement.
